I came to Laura after decades of severe pelvic floor tension, which was affecting all my abdominal organ systems and my overall quality of life. Although I had had prior “pelvic floor PT” with other providers, it was clear from my first appointment with Laura that her expertise and sophistication far surpassed my prior providers’. In particular, her knowledge, skill, and compassion in treating constipation and other GI-related symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction have truly changed my life for the better. I have also found Laura to be endlessly curious, resourceful, determined, and inventive in understanding and addressing whatever symptoms and obstacles arose during treatment — such a gift when addressing intimate and often misunderstood physical challenges.
