With 15+ years of experience helping others achieve their goals and succeed in their careers and lives, I have found the key to success lies within our inner belief systems, our subconscious mind.
This is the magic we get to do together. My past experience includes guiding freedom franchise owners to start their own Great Harvest Bread Companies, running my own Pelvic health occupational therapy and Somatic Experiencing Trauma Healing business.
For me creating a thriving business means loving your work and having the freedom to enjoy the time you’re not working. I love hiking beautiful trails in Colorado with my hubby and two kids. Snuggling with my dogs and watching my backyard chickens.

Empowered Evolution is a Collective Investors Coaching Program designed for the most incredible social healing experience. Since you will not only be participants, but investors, you will play an intricate role in development and future opportunities for leadership roles. The program starts out as a remote quarterly group coaching to begin the deep inner self work which leads to an immersive in person gathering and exchange. This is not a typical course or coaching program. This is going to be a collective of invested entrepreneurs who are serious about making a greater impact while serving their own health, wellness, and personal priorities. As an investor you will be involved in development and future leadership opportunities to sustain this social growth project. There is little time commitment during the remote coaching sessions as you will be implementing the deep inner self work into your daily structure, routines, and habits. The explorations and lifestyle adaptations developed throughout the year will lead to an immersive in-person gathering that will change your internal faulty thought process at the subconscious level. This means as you experience the work with the energy of the collective, you change you change from the inside out and walk away with a deep transformation to lead from a connected self. You will have the tools to take action because your mindset has been shifted. These thought blocks are what separate those who succeed and those who give in.
The Empowered Evolution is for the experienced Entrepreneur. We are not going to focus on the how tos of business. We are going to help those who have the business basics take their business to the next level who is ready to move past the mind games and is ready to create a business filled with joy, ease, and sweet creativity.
This is a hybrid of 1) remote coaching sessions to initiate the self exploration, mindset blocks, habits, and lifestyle strategies, and 2) collective immersive gathering. We believe in the power of community and gathering for a true shift and transformation. Since you will be an investor, you will be a part of the design throughout to make this exactly the program you want and need.
The collective gathering will take place next Spring 2025 at a destination location our the groups design. The leaders will curate options for a retreats style gathering to support the variety of somatic movement, meditations, grounding practices, and workshops planned. It will be a time to celebrate, connect, and bond together.
